Yoga with Meeko

I wish there were more than 5 stars to give Meeko! I’m on my second block of personal training sessions with her and it is easily one of the best things I’ve ever done for myself. She’s all about encouraging you to be the best version of yourself - which she does by improving your fitness, boosting your health, and promoting mental wellbeing; all in a nurturing and supportive way that is tailored to you and your goals. She offers lots of options for wherever you want to start or take your fitness journey – with PT sessions, yoga, group classes, bootcamp and more, to choose from. I can’t recommend her highly enough.
