West Group installed a generator for us in our rural location. It turned out to be a tricky job with faulty components. They did a brilliant job, liaised with the manufacturer to resolve issues and did so very calmly and professionally. Delighted with their work and wouldn't hesitate to recommend or use their services again!

Polargos manufactured gates installed by previous owner of the property were always problematic. Finally failed to operate. West Group Technical Services came out and identified the fault as the control board. As the original control board was not UK manufacture a new board suitable for the gates had to be sourced. New control board sourced, supplied and fitted and 3 gate remotes supplied. Gates operating perfectly now. Thanks to the team at West Group and a big thanks to Luke Pretorius for sourcing a suitable control board and carrying out the work in very cold and wet conditions and his patience in setting up the operation of the gates.

West Group Technical Services have carried out electrical upgrade works inside and outside our home such as socket and light switch upgrades, smart doorbell, smart room thermostat, garden lights and a power supply for my garage. Their operatives who came to do the work were polite, on time and their work was to a high standard. Would highly recommend this company.

The previous owner of my property installed Polargos gates which were always problematic. When they finally failed to operate West Group identified and resolved the problem. They fitted a new control board with three new remotes. Gates working perfectly now. Big thanks to West Group and their Luke Pretorios for and great job. Fully recommend them.

I originally contacted Jack via the website after I was recommended by a friend. West Group technical installed a security alarm system within my house to upgrade my original alarm. They were very polite, carried the work out very efficiently and to a high standard. Would definitely recommend and would use again.

We hired West Group to fit smoke detectors, install whole alarm system (pyronix) and upgrade an electrical box for our house. Communication was always quick and really helpful. They were able to come out quickly to complete the works and answered any questions I had. They tidied up after the job and were very polite and professional. Would reccomend them. I noticed they also specialise in things like property maintenance and electrical gates. I will definitely be using west group for my next project.
