Hi Tea
Just had the best experience here. There is an issue with mobile payments if you bank with barclays (just make sure you have your card on you) I stupidly completely forgot my card and the manager literally let me have my tea for free. Like how many places would ever do that!? I will be sure to pop in to pay this weekend and order another. I asked for standard everything and the tea was so yummy, not bitter at all! The sugar level was perfect, not overly sweet just how I prefer. Ultimately you have to remember each shop has a different standard level of sweetness so if you aren't sure get normal and add in a sugar packet from starbucks. Or better yet just ask them to add a bit more in there and then. It's really not that difficult guys and as a small business owner myself these reviews matter so please give them a chance.

Hi Tea
Charming little bubble tea shop, with lovely service and delicious tea. The owner is very kind, and the atmosphere was calm, and relaxing. The strawberry bubble tea was amazing, and the popping pearls were a real treat. Will be returning.

Hi Tea
I wonder why the lady as the till just acted completely like I wasn’t a person who had just ordered a tea from her colleague. I was on the phone while my order was ready, I was called to collect it from a side. Unknowingly to me the lady who brought my order and asked me to collect from a side had taken it to another side and left without my knowledge. Her colleague came up and sat down there just not concerned because to her I had already spent money and ordered. I believe if I was about to order the service would have been different. The lady kept ignoring me while I stood there. I finally could guess and see my order on the other side. I went to pick up, just as about to collect, she took the straw and put back in a tin like It wasn’t kept out with my drink.I am saying this because the kind of service as a african man you get from Asian just when you are about to place an order is totally different from the service you get when you are being served your orderOn it all, my order was made wrong. Just left and threw it in bin as couldn’t start arguing

Hi Tea
The staff where friendly and remembered us on the 2nd time round. Their dirty milk tea is amazing and well done compared to many other shops. It is wheelchair accessible and has seating if you wish to wait for a takeaway or drink in.

Hi Tea
Mango smoothie was nothing special. Probably should have asked for more sugar. Tapioca wasn’t the best. Lacked flavour.Staff were fine. Atmosphere was good, brightly lit and a few places to sit.

Hi Tea
Bubble tea or Milk tea made for white ppl, as a asian, this is disgusting, the tea doesnt taste fresh and the coconut jelly was chewy like plastic. If your white and want to go there, its not proper milktea, go to Gongcha and try it there

Hi Tea
Their Takoyaki is by far the most filling takoyaki i have ever eaten here in Reading area. I can feel the squid and it’s not just one slice but more than one and the sauce compliments it. It did not disappoint, since I was really craving for Takoyaki and i just had to try it from Hi Tea.Milk tea was also good!
