Only a passenger but easy to find disabled parking space. Renault Grand Scenic is a little difficult to get up and down ramps due to its length.

Car park doors were locked on the third floor and couldn't get my elderly mum to my car. No signs to say doors being lock early. Poor signs for vacation center until we got in the shopping center. A lady was wanting to use the toilets, but they were also closed. For a place with cinema and food places, it seems it doesn't want people for these facilities.

Difficult to get to, due to the roadworks and annoying that you can see it, but not get there. However, once I got inside it was good - spaces were generous & it wasn't expensive. Payment was easy & there is no ticket to lose as it is all done on number recognition.

Bit of a nightmare to get a disabled spot and some of them have like barriers next to them so if you have a big car or need to get a disabled user out, it's a nightmare

Secure. Sensible price for an Arena event at night. If you turn left as you come out and follow the loop you skip the traffic coming out of the Arena car park!

DO NOT PARK HERE!!! I validated my parking at the tablet in Vue Cinema, only to get a £100 parking fine this morning. It was issued on 18th July, but didn't arrive until 28th, so that's 10 days of the 14 day appeal process gone, as it's Friday I have one working day left to appeal, and you can't appeal and pay. Absolutely mugged, and I've done nothing wrong!
