Geeta Vara Ayurveda

Highly recommend! Geeta was brilliant. Very professional and took my full history. I was given advice for my Dosha as it was out of balance. And was given a course of herbal supplements along with diet, lifestyle and meditation practices to help get me back on track. It was easy initially to make the changes but keeping it maintained has at times proven challenging but that is more to do with my schedule and what I can manage, so I will be returning to see what I can maybe do with such time constraints. I also received a full body abhyanga treatment which was much needed, although for me next time I would request to go in stronger. I will definitely be returning for a treatment and follow up and will be part of my lifestyle going forward !!! Ayurveda is a much better way to deal with health as an ongoing practice and is important to live a better and healthier life than take shortcuts and have longer term health issues.

I have been treated here twice, with ultimate care and full explanation of what is being done. As Geeta said the next day I was completely different. Cannot recommend Geeta Vara more highly.

I am in the early days of my Ayurveda journey, and have had one initial consultation with Geeta.She is warm and welcoming, the consultation process was thorough. I first met Geeta through her book in 2020. It was my first introduction to Ayurveda. Her book was easy to read and I devoured in just few days. I booked an appointment straight way and I tried several services after that such as seasonal cleanser and massage. Geeta is a beautiful soul and on top of that very competent. She is compassionate and understands how hard is to change old habits. However, her wisdom and kindness can guide you through any challenge in life. It has been an intense, but amazing journey of adopting new and healthier habits.
