Superb from first contact to installationI can highly recommend Ecocute if you are considering a solar panel installation. I chose them based on some very good reviews, and wasn't disappointed.The first conversations with Connor were polite and easy to understand, and he sent a very comprehensive quotation and set of projections through. I chose the system they recommended, and the install was booked for 2 months.On the day of the install everything went extremely smoothly, and the system was up and running by the end of the day. Since then it has just operated in the background with no issues - very rare in my experience that anything using technology works first time, but this did, and in the week since install has actually been delivering marginally more than the projections.Corey the electrician was excellent, clearly knows what he is talking about, was polite and courteous and did a very neat job. He's a really good ambassador for your company. The two roofers were equally good (didn't catch their names) and similarly have done a very neat job.So all in all I would definitely recommend - a very easy transaction with pleasant and knowledgeable people, and a product that does exactly what it says.

Delighted with our solar system. The Company is amazing. No hard sell, given a good price agreed to go ahead and 2 smashing workmen arrived to complete the work in a very professional manner. System installed about 6 months ago and we are delighted with the savings. We decided to have the battery storage and we are impressed with the entire system. Great service,. Nice, friendly people. Straight facts, no rubbish sales tactics. Fitters were friendly and very efficient, the panels were up in no time. Electrician was a lovely young man. Would definitely recommend these guys. It felt a bit weird that they didn't come out to the house first but they knew what they were doing. A great price was the icing on the cake :)

Phoned Connor on the off chance they had any alpha ESS batteries in stock, after my current supplier left me dangling for 3 -4 months. He was confident and showed me photos of the batteries in stock in his Wharehouse. Didn’t ask for any upfront money untill the battery was installed. Which was reassuring, everything he discussed was bang on time and installation went exactly how they said.! Will not hesitate in recommending and look forward to my solar panels when the roof is changed

Connor and co were easy to deal with, the quotation and our options were clearly explained. They came on time, a team of three, and had the system fitted by lunchtime. Our system is a 16 panel PV array 4.88KWp, coupled with a Solis 3.6KW inverter (you need advance permission from the DNO for larger inverters). The projected energy production was 4000KWh, in the first full year we have produced 4324Kwh (we are in the Yorkshire Dales). A solar diverter device (iBoost) heats our hot water using the existing immersion heater - essentially free hot water from February through to September. Would we use them again? yes we would! In fact we are about to!

I have only positives to say about Eco-Cute. Time from first enquiry to completed installation up and running was about a couple of weeks. The technicians and installers were a credit to the company and the communication from head office" has been beyond expectation.The installation was completed just a week ago and Eco-Cute started checking the outputs immediately.The price was very competitive but a big factor in the purchase decision should be about more than price as a solar installation is a long-term investment. I feel that I have a long-term partnership with Eco-Cute. They monitor all of their installations and will alert their customers in the event of any issues then resolve them.I sit with a sense of confidence in my solar PV installation."

Really happy with my solar install so far. Have had it for a week and already can see the impact on my electricity bill. The monitoring website works really well too. Best part about this company is NO sales people, you will get a call of the lovely Barbra who will give you the price in an email and that's what you will pay, no pressure or anything.If only more companies were like this!!

4kw, Nice install, great team of guys. Started 0830, finished by 1300 so no time wasted. Great price point.

Excellent price and service to get us done and dusted before the renderers started.Always on hand to answer our questions and the products have been installed for 6 months with no issues. No pressure selling and put the inverter where we wanted it out of the way. The remote monitoring app is a plus for less for £4K installed no brainier especially with the gas and electric prices increasing. Thanks to Connor and his team no hesitation in recommending them.

Update a surveyors report reveals the applalling Installation, the uplift of the tiles making the roof suceptible to water ingress and attack by vermin. Other contraventions of the MCS regs include the solar panels being too close to the roof edge and concerns about the solar panel weight exceeding the allowed limits. I am now proceding to the small claims courtI raised a few concerns which I tried to discuss with management without resolution hence my comments here.  After the installation I noticed that a coil of Earth wire (circa £30) was missing from my loft. Ecocute have said twice that they will replace the coil but no sign 2 years on.   During the installation the worker pointed out that neither the gas meter or the central heating pipes were earthed so he would not be able to sign it off".  My meters had been replaced recently
