The View
Lovely place for a treat with my daughter. We had the chilli and the king prawn scampi. Both were freshly cooked and tasty. The staff were all friendly and helpful, and the view was wonderful. I would definitely visit again.

Really nice experience. Staff were lovely and really friendly. Service was quick. The only reason 4* for food was on the fish finger sandwich the batter was quick thick but overall really nice, tasty and nice presentation. Would come back to try some more options! Chai latte was one of the best I’ve had!!

Lovely views of the seaside and fabulous friendly staff. We had the daily roast sandwiches and soup and everything was delicious. Jill came over to chat about hire options and was delightful.

Took my elderly Grandmother here for lunch and the service was excellent. Couldn't have been more accomodating and friendly whilst also helping clear a path for the wheelchair. Food was very fresh and tasted great. Would highly recommend.I only wish the specials had been on a board somewhere (or in a more visible place) so they were easy to see before deciding on something from the main menu.

We held the evening party for our wedding here and had a fantastic experience. Jill was extremely welcoming and helpful when we were planning the event. Lovely atmosphere on the night, the room is already beautifully decorated and a great space for an event of this size. Buffet and drinks were good and the DJ was fantastic. He was very friendly and made sure he knew what we liked and was great at getting the party started. Great location on the sea front and close to plenty of hotels for our guests.

I had the prawn linguine. It was very tasty. Really nice place for a meal. Can't beat overlooking longsands. Sitting by the window is lovely. Can definitely recommend. It seems child friendly too. There was a separate kids menu. There is both outdoor and indoor seating.

It' been a while since I last visited here, but it was such a lovely experience - I have to remember to keep coming back!From the last time that I had visited, when you came in, you had to wait to be seated and ushered onto a table. Yesterday, we were greeted by lovely smiles from the staff and they had mentioned we could grab our own menus and that we could sit at whatever table we wanted!The overall feel of the place was warm and inviting as per usual and it was well decorated with a nautical theme that was quite apt for it being situated near the beach.I especially loved the booths (both inside and outside the restaurant) as it gave a little sense of privacy and cosiness for the diners.This made me so excited - and although the booths were fully occupied, we managed to get a table by the window where we could take our time to eat and enjoy the view.It wasn't like before (during the pandemic) where the servers came up to you and took your orders but we now had the liberty to come to the bar to order and pay for our food - like old times!My husband and I shared our orders between us and we had the cod and chips and house beef burger. Amazing!Food was served hot and fresh, and every bite was delightful! The servings were huge - so we didn't have enough room in our tummies to get some dessert, but we have promised to come back to have cake and coffee soon!
