Launchpad Southend

I recently met with the amazing team at the Launchpad! They were extremely accommodating, friendly and clearly passionate about what they can offer. The premises was very impressive and modern and with some amazing features which would be ideal for enabling small businesses to grow in a supportive setting! I can’t wait to see all of the great work that the Launchpad will produce. Great asset to Southend! Keep up the good work!!

The Launchpad is at the heart of the local community and is a great addition to the local area.The friendly team are both welcoming and professional. The building is stunning and offers great workspace, workshops, community events and so much more.If you haven’t yet had a chance I highly recommend you pop down for a tour, you will not be disappointed.

Lovely building but needs to be cheaper

I was fortunate to recently have a guided tour of Southend's newest innovation centre and I have to say I have office envy. What a fantastic building and a definite must visit destination if you are considering an office move to a state of the art facility, which is quickly being filled with exciting start ups and innovative businesses. To top all of that, they also have an onsite business guru who can advise on all aspects of running an SME, especially with helping you find any current grants that your business may be eligible for.

Moved in 2 months ago and the transition from our old space to the Launchpad has been smooth and highly rewarding. Already seeing the benefits of working with the highly professional and knowledgable support team. Very excited for the future - thank you for all you do.

Fantastic brand new, clean and welcoming building to move our offices into recently! Georgina, Lucy and Jacqui have been absolutely superstars from the moment we signed the lease and are always available to help or answer any questions we have.

Our company AST & Partners had a visit at the Launchpad in Southend. Everyone was so polite and welcoming. The space is incredible and I like the fact it's all built on sustainability. Plenty of parking space, excellent facilities and the lobby looks impressive. Can't wait to go back.

Our team went to Launchpad Southend and were immediately welcomed by the team. Jacqui gave us a tour of the building and we were impressed with all the facilities to make businesses thrive. Launchpad caters for many businesses from hotdesking to 20+ teams, every room had lots of light and big ceilings, there were private phone booths, showers, collaboration spaces, EV chargers, bike storage, meeting rooms and there's plans for a café and gym on site!Beyond the amazing space, Jacqui and the team have lots of business support avenues to help companies of any size succeed and grow. We're looking forward to seeing how their initiatives will elevate businesses!
