Was loyal for years. After a mechanic retired, the attitude of the staff has become disgusting, unpleasant and unprofessional. People management and people skills need to be taught.If you want professional treatment, use a different garage.

Another excellent experience. I've had a persistent noise coming from the rear of the car, they replaced rear wheel bearing and all good now! Good value, excellent service and a thorough explanation of the problem including showing me the old part! I had to wait nearly a month but they are clearly victims of their own success!. To be fair when I needed them in an emergency recently they helped me straight away. Thank you Wills Garage.

Wills are always very professional and personable, they provide excellent service, and they have good availability for appointments. The mechanics always do the necessary work to a very high standard and are great at explaining what they have done and why, as well as informing you of what to look out for before your next visit. They never try to upsell you unnecessarily but advise you on the best option for you. They work hard to ensure your safety when driving and I will always use them for anything my car needs.

They have been looking after my Fiesta for 10 years and I wouldn't take it anywhere else. They don't add on work to make more money, if you put your car in for a replacement part and they find you don't need it, they call you to tell you.I can't thank them enough for their friendly, professional and helpful service. I'm so glad I took my car to them 10 years ago.

Great family run business that still has that old school knowledge and doesn’t rely entirely on just reading error messages. We’ve been using them for both our older classics and modern vehicles and have been very happy with the service and prices.

Used this garage a few times for MOT tests, services and other work on my car with no issue. They are quick to communicate, obtain parts and get work done. When I phone asking for a quotation, they use SMS to advise the costs. This is useful to have to hand.
