Very friendly and helpful staff! They're knowledgeable with what they offer and they can quickly produce it too, with excellent quality. Will definitely come back.And as a random note, this store is a UPS dropoff site.

The staff couldn’t have been more welcoming and supportive during a difficult visit with my Nan on the loss of my Grandad. We needed a photo for my Grandads service, and some other special memories printing and I couldn’t fault the service from the dark haired lady with glasses. Very sympathetic and kind ❤️

Popped in today to print some photos. Michaela helped me on the machine. Even though she was busy with other customers she seemed to manage really well.What a lovely lady she is too! So kind and just so lovely. I saw her doing a passport photo on 2 young children & she had such a great approach. Had a chat at the till & she just came across super nice. She is an asset to this company!

Staff nice and polite but just waiting around 25 minutes for a photocopy because there was only 1 member of staff and was doing a photo shoot for a family so not her fault but definitely need more than one member of staff I would have left but I needed the photocopy and nowhere in the shopping centre did them when I did get served I was out of there in less than 2 minutes.

Went into the shop today to have passports photos taken. Michaela was so helpful and pleasant. Explained the procedure to us when applying for renewal and made it sound so easy. Two lovely friendly assistants. Would certainly use this shop again.

Really fantastic staff. Very informative and friendly service. Put my son at ease for his first passport photo. Talked us through the entire process and made it sound so easy. Even managed to have a chat and laugh at the till while paying for our items. Honestly some of the best ladies I have come across in customer services. Credit to the company.
