Liam was fantastic- came out the same day and got my mother’s stairlift going. Reliable and efficient and would highly recommend.

West Sussex stairlifts didn’t show up to fix my Dads stairlift at the time agreed, when I contacted them to see where they were they said they were delayed because they ‘had their head in a stairlift’, they didn’t apologies for the lack of proactive contact to say they weren’t coming and didn’t follow up to arrange a mutually agreeable alternative date. I have subsequently discovered I am not the only customer let down in this way. When getting a stairlift repaired for an elderly or frail customer it is important to have someone reliable doing the repair. I wouldn’t recommend West Sussex stairlifts to anyone.

Liam turned up on time and was professional. He sorted the problem quickly and put a very elderly lady's fear of loosing her means of leaving her home to rest, with assurance that she can call on him at any time. We will certainly use this service again.

We had a problem with our Stairlift, after our engineer didn't turn up. I contacted Liam and he replied very swiftly and offered to attend the next day. In the meantime, our original engineer arrived and fixed it. I contacted Liam to apologise and he was fine. Will certainly keep his number in our records for future use. Thanks

West Sussex Stairlift Services came today to fix a problem with our stairlift. They were polite and professional and very quickly remedied a solution. Absolutely excellent. Would thoroughly recommend.

What a fantastic service I was provided from start to finish the workmanship was out of this world explain to me options with great priceing and extremely good quality the knowledge also behind the service In witch I was provided was outstanding I am one extremely happy customer and would highly recommend others to call this guy thank you so much once again

Rang late evening as stairlift wouldnt work an absolute legend came to our rescue from miles away worked on stairlift until very late evening.i cant thank him enough it is all working and he saved the day..would highly recommend will use this service in future. Absolutely brilliant

Liam was excellent with my Grandmother, he came and inspected the system, then returned later in the week to fix it. Despite me being in France he took the time to phone me and let me know how it was going. He replaced the unit, and repaired and adjusted the whole rail system. Grandma and I are delighted with the attention to detail and the service Liam has provided. Truly excellent! Thank you!
