Grace Lounge is a wonderful place for you to do hot yoga. Very clean and lovely staffs. Laurence is perfect teacher. Her classes is a combination of body and SouL. YOU will like this place for sure

I've been dealing with psoriatic arthritis for 6 years - add a business & a 1 year old toddler to the mix and you end up very stressed and in constant pain. Most mornings I could not start my day until the pain killers have kicked in. I started doing hot yoga at Grace Lounge in February 2017 - it was just what I needed to improve my mobility & dramatically lowering my pain killers. Some days I was really bad in class but, I could be sure there would be no judgement as it was my practice to enjoy & own to o what every my body allowed me to do that day. The therapeutic heat lamps are very soothing on all my joints, aches and pains - it's done so much for my health and wellness to the extend that it's changed my life. I'm like a bear with a sore toothe if I haven't been to class for a couple of days!Definitely recommend it as part of pain management treatment.

I've never enjoyed exercising as much as I do now and that's all because of Grace Lounge. Not only is it great for your body and your mind, it is so much fun and welcoming. I would recommend Grace Lounge to anyone and everyone...it doesn't matter how much yoga experience you have.

Grace Lounge is a very pleasant place to practice hot yoga. The tutors are all very helpful and informative, I'm learning and improving a lot since I started visiting. It's a fun and friendly place to practice and whether you're a newcomer to Yoga or more experienced there will be a class for you. I thoroughly recommend them

I honestly can't say much apart from life changing !! Both physically and mentally. I started coming to Grace lounge about 2 years ago and haven't looked back. The classes are excellent, the teachers amazing and the results you'll achieve are beyond what i ever expected. Totally recommended 100% xxx Namaste xx

The owner Grace has an eye for detail and this can be seen throughout the great facilities that the studio offers.The variety of yoga classes and high standard of teaching are thoroughly recommended. Grace Lounge Hot Yoga Studio is the best purpose built yoga facility I have ever been to. The atmosphere is very welcoming and even as a beginner I didn't feel intimidated. Both Grace and Lauren have such high energy you leave the studio buzzing! Can't recommend it enough!

Love this place so much! My kind of de-stressing after work. Great for detoxing too. If you like to challenge yourself working out in the heat, come & try it out! Everyone is very friendly & welcoming.

Amazing Yoga studio. Great teachers. All over workout and heat really helps with bendiness. Great atmosphere. Everyone friendly and welcoming. Would not hesitate to recommend.
