DPF Experts

Great service. I called on Friday - booked in for Monday.My car's a Jag F-Pace V6 SAWD 2017. It's a great car to drive. But...Apparently, Jags and Land Rovers are the worst for DPF failures - so much so there is a class action being put together about them which I've signed up to!My car is used for short journeys most of the time and apparently, you need to take it for a motorway blast at least once a week - something Jag had failed to inform me of when we bought the car.The history: A month ago I'd had another company clean the system after the car went into limp mode and Jaguar couldn't look at it for 4 weeks! (And then only to run the analytics).The other DPF company came up with 4 things that needed looking at (and replacing) on top of the clean and reset. They were not available when the warning light came on again so I called DPF Experts and they swung into action.A great guy (I've forgotten his name!) arrived and took an hour to run analytics, replace a part and clean the system.What I liked was he looked at the list of things to be fixed and explained why I only needed one of them - the rest were opportunistic on the part of the other company which his analytics confirmed.The part that was replaced (with an original Jag part) was the Throttle body - the mechanic showed me the one he took off, showed exactly how it was jamming shut and then took me around everything else he had done. The cost ended up being around £2K less than what Jaguar had quoted for the same work (and they wanted £300 just for the diagnostic!).The other thing I liked about these guys is their systems are very good: automated receipts and they keep you fully informed.When the DPF invariably needs looking at again I'll be using these guys.

Can't write a good enough review for these guys. Had my Fuel vaporiser changed and DPF cleaned with these guys and they did a terrific job. Really friendly & had the job done in no time. Highly recommend these guys if you have any issues with your DPF system.

Called DPF on the day and a technician arrived within 2 hours. Sykes (technician) arrived and all I can say he was great!! Fixed the issues with the DPF, went above and beyond and got my motor back working 100% and even fixed the pressure sensor. Will be definitely recommending to family and friends.

Land Rover tried to rip me off (as usual) so I gave these guys a call. Really happy, superb service from start to finish. DPF cleaned and in good working order again.

THE PERFECT SERVICE.DONT LEAVE REVIEWS BUT THIS COMPANY DESERVES ONE.Turned up on time. Professional mechanic who was extremely knowledgable. It turned out the fault on my van was not what I asked for.However. Scot the mechanic found the fault from previous mechanics incompetence. Didn’t have the part but managed to adapt a part he had in his van to get me out of trouble. Then charged me less than I was quoted.Great service with speedy correspondence.Recommend all day long thx guys.

Great service provided, called on Saturday as engine light was on and went into limp mode! Scott came out Monday and diagnosed DPF sensor, spoke to Ben who sorted out part as I needed the car to be back on the road ASAP due to holiday. Scott came back out today and the car is running brilliant. Thankyou so much for all your help. I will be definitely recommending you to friends and family..

I had a DPF Clean on my car and the mobile service was exactly what I needed. Sykes gave me a call the day before to schedule the work. He was extremely efficient and did a high quality job. Dan from DPF was absolutely great, I thought I just needed my DPF cleaned but that wasn't the only problem. Dan identified that the DPF pump was faulty, after cleaning the DPF he explained how to replace the pump. He then went onto the Internet showing what to buy.
