Prompt polite service- quickly identified the problem and ordered the parts which arrived a day earlier than expected! Very happy to fit visits in around my commitments. Would definitely use again and would recommend without hesitation

Arrived within hours of contacting lovegrove attended on 2 occasions once for my Range Cooker and once for our dishwasher. Both completed on first visits and carried all the parts to repair both appliances.

Samsung recommended them to me. They found issue with washing machine. the motor was gone. promised me they shall get back 1-2 days time. But they didn't. Received recovery letter instated for call out reported samsung.

I found the whole experience excellent they always updated me with when they are turning up and fixed our washing machine leak saving us hundreds of pounds compared to buying a new one. I would recommend to anyone wondering if it's worth looking at fixing your machine over a new one this company have been great thanks again guys.Michael

DO NOT USE THEM. They simply decided to skip my booking for no reason. Engineer called me and left me a voicemail saying he will be at my house in 15 mins. Then did not pick up his phone for 2 hours. I must have called him at least 20 times. After 2 hours he called me back saying he could not find parking. My building has a massive parking behind. Engineer was rude, arrogant and dismissive on the phone. Did not even apologise. PLEASE AVOID THIS COMPANY.Your engineer called from a specific mobile number. I called back on that SAME NUMBER at least 20+ times on phone and on whatsapp. I even left him 3 text messages and 2 whatsapp messages - with no response. Wonder if you have even reviewed those call and msg logs before commenting back??Your no parking excuse is non-sense. THERE IS A PARKING BEHIND THE BUILDING. A simple response to say he left would have been sufficient. But NO - your employees don't think that is necessary and want to waste customers time.The person who responded to my call 2 hours later used DIFFERENT NUMBER (not the one I initially received the call from) and was extremely rude. There is no reason at all to have your employees speak to people with such a tone.I WILL REVIEW YOUR OTHER REVIEWS AND MAKE SURE OTHERS ARE WARNED OF YOUR UNPROFESSIONAL CONDUCT.

Fixed a washer dryer problem very promptly. Pleasant, friendly engineer who was happy to give advice as well as doing the job. Lovegrove will be first choice for any future problems.

The engineers were contracted to coneFox my fridge freezer. The first visit was poor as the engineer said he had been given the wrong contact and once I had chased the office to find out why he hadn’t arrived they then had him call me, a string of excuses later he eventually arrived. Didn’t seem to know his way around the appliance and eventually left saying he would order the parts he felt needed replacing.Then sometime later I received a very rude email from Ben at lovegroves telling me that i was told to take certain action which I was not, this was followed by another rude email saying that i had been sent an email with this instruction and again when i said I had not another abrupt email from Ben was sent. The service was awful, their idea of cutoner service is archaic and I would definitely never have them in my house again.In this day when customer service is imperative for small businesses to survive I am amazed that this company is still in business. I have never been spoken to in that manner. I am the sort of customer who offers tea, cake and a tip but not one bit of consideration or honesty was applied to their service. Never again.

I would strongly suggest you think again before using this company. They cancelled my first appointment and I rearranged travel to be home for the rearranged time. Now they have cancelled that, and refuse to speak to me directly and are simply rude, arrogant and dismissive. Worst service I have experienced. I have reported them to Glotech and have asked them to remover them from their preferred supplier list.

Excellent service, punctual, clean and tidy appearance, Polite and excellent quality of work. Fully recommend and would use again.
