Emailed them asking for someone to contact me regarding a conveyancing matter no response, weeks later go into the Bitterne branch requesting the same and someone was meant to contact, 2 weeks later not one call or email so wont bother. Already did our wills with them 2022 and to be honest the service wasnt.good then.

We have been very happy with the service provided by Michelle Parker and Alison Clancey. They were excelent in all ways. Efficient, perfect communication, always available. The deal went nice and smooth and excided everyones expectations. From contacting Michelle to a done deal it took us just 5 weeks, which is unbelivably quick. Smooth deal with every part of the deal proffessionaly orchestrated by the team at E.Robinson. A huge thank you to the team on helping us to get our first property. Would definitelly use again. So hopefully I will see you in a few years time. )))

I am I'm the process of power of attorney. The first appointment we had was at 2pm we waited until 2:20 until we where seen, and no apology for keeping us waiting. We where then told once papers came though to cheak them over and just pop in together or separately to sign the documents. Today we all went in together to get turnt away and told we have to have an appointment. This was not what we had be told originally. Am very disappointed after we have paid out hundreds of pounds to be treated this way.
