I messaged this company one day for fitting a built in cupboard in my living room. First contact was pleasant enough and quote was given couple of days after initial visit. Since i have accepted their quote this company has been nothing but disappointing. I had to chase multiple times for them to come around and do the job, they always promise to come at a certain date and then never turn up even when you explain that you have to make arrangements with kids etc. They have never called to apologize not to turn up and finally end up not doing the job. I only wished they told me upfront they weren't interested by the job it would have save some time and hassle.Guys look decent enough to do a good job but are not trustworthy.

Measured up for a new back gate got a price agreed to it waited for weeks and they never bothered turning or contacting me its been almost 3 months so got another company in all done in 5 days.

Horrendous service from this company. For over a year we have been asking 'glynn' to come back to fix the warped gate that he fitted at the side of our house. We had 2 gates fitted, the lovely gate i expected to have into the garden, we can't even close. The wood is so warped the lock doesn't work. If i could post the countless texts and calls we've made to get it sorted you just wouldn't believe me. Trust me, weve kept every one. Glynn always says 'ah im dead sorry for not coming back straight away, of course, I'll be round next couple of days'... i think now that WE are the morons more than him for believing him?! He's got out £300 so hes clearly not bothered. STEER CLEAR.
