Lovely staff and great atmosphere, also bargain prices. Basically it's like a spoons without the food and with a more welcoming friendly feel. Beautiful beer garden at the back and some nice decor. However the DJ was barely at his booth using a premixed compilation of pop songs on free laptop software. When I wanted to make a song request I waited a long time for him to return from the bar with his pint, to then be told it's already on the list" and it didn't actually play for the 2 hours we waited. If the owners want a house DJ please let me know

Amazing pub, came for the weekend and wanted to find a sports bar to watch the rugby, this place didn't disappoint, screens everywhere. Good prices on the bar. Bar staff were so friendly. It was so good we came back later in the evening for entertainment.

Hopefully the manager has changed. But last year this place was dreadful. Manager hands out bars to people who aren't part of the doctors god awful posse. A gang of trolls lurks at the back table so be weary of them. Any confrontation with that particular group of mutton dressed as lamb and you're in for a spray of saliva and a swift booting out without any kind of mediation. Pathetic.

Great to see the place being run properly good atmosphere friendly staff good ale. Probably the in place to go in Gloucester. Fair play to the propriorters.

It was a great atmosphere to watch Manchester City lift the champions league. Ofcourse the bar has great attendants with good atmosphere

Hygiene is normal but can be better.Working staff is not friendly, not good listeners, hope will listen to clients and their needs.Music is bad, unfortunately if you wanna really spend time with great music you have to find another pub.
