Perfect for excellent yoga class, hot yoga so perfect for deep stretches. Great facilities, lockers, showers, mats and water. Everything needed in order for a quick lunch time yoga session.

I have travelled to most of the yoga studios in London but yesterday I came across Yoga Union in Old Street to practice Bikram Yoga.The studio was absolutely nice, clean, and organised. Changing room and shower area were tidy, dry, and clean. Overall, the atmosphere was brilliant.The instructor, Antonia was amazing. Her voice was really calm which made my practice became very mindful.Milo, the receptionist, was very friendly and attentive. I had a pleasant experience during my visit and I would highly recommended yogi to come to practice here.

tried my first hot yoga class here. It was really great, the instructor (Sam) was mindful and accommodating of my beginner level and I got very helpful feedback and options throughout the session. Super spacious studio, welcoming and friendly people,it was a great experience.

Absolutely lovely, I was looking for an early morning yoga class and surprisingly there were no much on the city of London. So I was very happy to find yoga Union the location is very easy to find. The class was very nice the instructions was very clear. Perfect to start the day.The venue is all new so there is a lot of space and it’s very nice. There is an access to showers and free lockers. The staff and the yoga instructor are very friendly. Very excited to discover all the service yoga Union will suggest in the future.
