Terrible service. I walked into the shop, said ‘hello’ no one replied to me, there was no one at the till either. I went into the bathroom, it was dirty and had no toilet paper. When I came out, this women started shouting at me saying I have ask before I use the toilet even though there was no one to talk to when I came. I tried to explain this to her she told me She doesn’t want me to speak. I tried to explain it to the man at the till and then she came aggressively at me started to shout ‘GET OUT’ at me repeatedly. Do not spend your money here.

Had to wait soo long for my food and drinks and the manager never believed that I payed and argued with me for about 10mins until her colleague came over and apologise. Won’t be going here and a brown skin woman I defo believe my skin had a part to pay. She was literally shouting at me on the shop floor while I sat in my chair.Someone needs to tell her that people that have money on their card don’t always ask for the receipt if it isn’t automatically given.

Uncomfortable atmosphere, I walked into the shop, order my items. Whilst they were making it they kept speaking in a different language and looked at multiple times me and laughed. I know they were speaking about me because you don’t pay that much attention to some else whilst your talking to someone else. Customer service skills were poor. I will not be returning.

They had a Disgusting attitude and the worst hygiene. The waiter DROPPED MY CAKE ON THE FLOOR and pick it up tried to give it to me thinking I didn’t notice. When I address it they had a attitude. Worst customer service and food hygiene I’ve ever experienced. How are they still open.
