I lost the stone from one of my rings and the ring was replaced no problem, and this was almost 2 YEARS after purchase. I have to say I was very impressed with this as most companies would be nowhere near this helpful. Excellent customer care.

Great service, great prices and great quick delivery. Bought some earrings for sisters birthday and liked them so much I bought myself a pair. Very easy to order online and delivery was next day, the earrings came a lovely box and also a piece of tissue to wrap the box in also a to give as perfect present. will definitely order more presents from hot diamonds instead of going to a shop to buy in future. could not ask for better presentation and beautiful earrings

Purchases arrived quickly in beautiful packaging. I bought 3 items from the Forever range, really pretty and unusual bangle, matching earrings and ring. I had been looking for a bangle for a while and saw this. It is perfect. I love them all.
