Very dog friendly with dog treats & water provided. Crisps available along with tap beers, plus one non-alcoholic & one gluten free. No food just yet, but plans in the making. Unusual decor. Under new management for the last 4 weeks.

Great place to drink proper beer. This pub is right in the centre of Caerleon in the place where Boleros used to be. A Chinese restaurant is upstairs.They serve great proper beers brewed locally in a microbrewery in Pontypool. The decor is minimalist with pallets for tables. Beer is reasonably priced. Great place for a pint.No food yet but they say it will come soon.

Good pub that sells its own beers, plenty of room and often has live bands. Look out for the Mad Dog brand beers!

A great choice of unusual drinks and really friendly staff, although I was a bit scared of dropping my drink down the gaps on the palates they use as tables.

This is a great little pub with a lovely atmosphere which was completely destroyed by the cook from the Chinese upstairs coming in and ranting at the staff and the band because they were too loud!!! It's a live band....... How can they play quietly?!?!

Great selection of beers (real & craft ales), ciders and gins. Reasonable selection of other drinks. Really friendly staff. Great atmosphere. Toilets were grim though.
