I met Emma in 2021 for issues with ankle instability and Piriformis syndrome caused mainly through running. She managed to treat both injuries and help eliminate the pain while also providing some sound conditioning tips.A year on I had developed some further concerns through weight training. Again, Emma was able to diagnosis my injuries through various questions and examining my movement and posture. From this Emma was able to treat my injuries and gave some very informative advice on how to improve and prevent further problems occurring. I would recommend Emma for any sports related injuries. She is very professional and clearly excels in her field of expertise.

I was recommended to Emma after suffering a sports injury. This was my first time seeing a professional for a sports Injury, normally I would try and deal with issues myself, but never really fully overcome them.I couldn’t recommend Emma enough, her whole philosophy is based around helping you recover and preventing future injuries by understanding you and your sport.After my initial consultation, Emma gave me exercises and stretching to help overcome my injury. Upon completion of a set time frame, I went back to see Emma for the follow up consultation. She assessed my injury and provided more advice for now strengthening the area to help prevent the injury again.Throughout, Emma only had my interest in sight, she didn’t try to get me back time and time again. I was given the tools and knowledge to overcome my injury after the initial assessments.I have since gone back to Emma for another injury and will continue to do so when they happen, I’ve never felt stronger coming back from a injury.Thanks Emma!

Emma has a very modern, clean and well kitted therapy room. She is extremely good in her approach and diagnosis. The treatment I received was exceptional. At the end of my session I was shown some rehabilitation exercises and I received a follow up email with videos and information about my rehab. A truly professional therapist who will return you back to your sport in quick order, fixed and stronger! Thank you.

I highly recommend going to see Emma if you’ve got a sport injury/niggle. She is extremely knowledgeable & professional.After getting back into running this year I got injured and couldn’t even make it to 2K due to the pain. I had an Injury Consultation session with Emma where she diagnosed the issue and gave me strengthening exercises & advice. Now, after doing the exercises to build strength, I’m back running and I’m running stronger than I ever have!
