Consistently delicious! This service station isn't the nicest looking, but who cares it's got a Greggs. They run out of stock pretty quickly and it's a small-ish shop, but for their most popular items, they seem to keep a good reserve. Plenty of sausage rolls and that is all I need from them ;)

Due to motorway having an accident further south earlier in the day motorway chocked and slow so before going home, decided to visit here. Plenty of options and toilets which is what I went for.

Great service this morning. Bank holiday and helped by Hannah. After a long drive from London we were served at about 5.30am and even though early..she was smiling and being very friendly with all customers. Hannah is a credit to your company!

It’s so rare to get good service that I had to review. Five stars to Liv who served us. Her friendly and cheerful service was a refreshingly pleasant experience at Greggs and at an otherwise fairly standard motorway services.

We broke down and got stranded at this service station yesterday. Chris the duty manager from greggs was absolutely amazing and helpful and made what was a stressful situation much better for myself my friend and my son. He was friendly cheerful and helped us sort everything out. He deserves lots of credit for the work he does and his wonderfulCustomer service. Thanks Chris

Lancaster South bound services Gregs , HOT SAUSAGE ROLLS WERE NOT COOKED UNDERCOOKED PASTRY SEE PHOTOS soggy pastry. Wish i had got cold pack of 4 This is the first time Eva Greg's is normally good, road side stop off South bound very disappointed and not healthy eating undercooked food even it's pastry no excuse selling this to the public

Stopped at services, luckily I've never been to Greggs as a friend used to work for them, so walked straight past and went to Costa had a lovely coffee, then a quick wizz and I was back on the road.
