Went last year to look at gold bangles with my inlaws for my wedding(bare in mind my mother in law sister in law and husband were with me when he out right disrespected me even with other customers standing there), when i stated my opinion of not liking anything in his shop, he was rude enough to comment on my gold necklace with my name on it saying it was horrible quality and looked tacky and proceeded to show me some of his necklaces which where generic and cheap you could legitimately get those from shein exact designs. Very disrespectful and as i saw from some other reviews 1000% agree he has no manners and doesnt value his customers, save your time and go somewhere else customer service is absolutely disgusting. If i could rate it nothing i would do so.

I was recommended here by a friend after the clasp broke on my chain (chain bought elsewhere). The gentleman was respectful and polite. He treated my jewellery with care and had it fixed for me within minutes. Would highly recommend and will return again

Disgusting experience, no manners,no respect to customers very rude , the prices given by both husband and wife are ridiculous , if you try to confront them or try to compromise prices they start giving attitude both husband and wife are bad as each other. Dont bother people go to next door gold shop bhattis instead. These people need training in being a human first then customer service.
