Play area closed, screens upstairs on but no table service- so ordered upstairs- go downstairs get food- come back upstairs, service is slow, Wi-Fi isn’t working, toilets dirty, app would allow me to order, offer of sip peel win not on my large drinkShambles.

I paid an extra £1.00 (x2 £0.50) for chocolate sauce, on my mc flurries they did not add them to any. When receiving my order, the staff member shut the window within seconds after handing me the order meaning i didnt have tome to inspect the order to rasie my complaint that it was wrong not to mention I didnt get a receipt either which every time this branch never gives me a receipt which is annoying. I had to then drive all the way around to the begining of the queue of the drive thru. When I got back to the speaker at the drive thru they said I didnt pay for extra sauces and asked for proof via a receipt, i said they didnt hand me a receipt and I had to pull up my online banking app on my phone to prove I paid for my order which is unprofessional. They then told me to drive and wait in the side bay of the drive though while they checked my claim regarding my order was correct which would have been easy if they handed me a receipt in the first place. This is the third time in a row an order has been incorrect and the branch never gives you a receipt at the drive through. Horrible service then saying I didnt order what i said I did until they checked on the system i did and they even still after all that only gave me a receipt because i asked for it as they staff member was walking away super quick before I could even finish my sentence.I will try to aviod this branch in the future as this has happened multiple times where the order is incorrect and they don't give me a receipt meaning that I cant proove my case meaning holding up the line for others and the parts of my order that was correct getting cold which means none of my order was at an ideal temperature to eat and i might as well ask for the entire order to be made fresh correctly again

The food is good, pretty similar to any other McDonald's. The drive thru is quite popular and can get very busy during peak times. Most of the time, staff do keep things flowing. However, sometimes, there is a long wait time for even the simplest orders, like a simple milkshake. Overall, it's okay and worth a visit.

The fries were pathetic, the staff unwelcoming, and access to the toilets was forbidden, including to customers, because they said no key. So let me understand that the staff must resist an entire shift without going to the toilet. At one point, a man from the street who smelled terrible lay down at the table next to us and I couldn't resist anymore so I went out and I don't recommend this unwelcoming and dirty location to anyone from all points of view.Also, the children's tablets that don't work either.

Needs more vegan options. They should also swap the lettuce in the Beyond Burger for rocket, which is much tastier.Waiting for orders isn't very efficient.

This McDonalds is an absolute discrace to the name it needs closing down. I waited at the drive through for nearly 15 mins for a large coffee. No appologies till I said how long id been waiting the manager wants sacking as the place is an absolute shambles I will never go here again place wants reporting to McDonalds Management.

I have ordered 4 times in the last month and each time items are missing and none if the dips are ever arriving! Every time it leaves my kids in tears making it a not so happy meal! Very poor performance and just eat has so far not a single time refunded the missing items

Most disgusting McDonalds I’ve ever been to. Wouldn’t let anyone use the upstairs toilets despite their disabled toilets looking like this. Managers are a disgrace, and have no human decency to anyone in that restaurant. I worked at a Mcdonald’s and would have never let a toilet, of all disabled, get to that standards. Disgusting.
