Tom laid a base for our new shed, we are so pleased with it and the quality of his work. He kept us updated at all times and even came up with some suggestions when we weren't sure what we wanted as a finish around the edges. Tom and his mate were polite, considerate and left everything neat & tidy. Unlike some others he actually made time to listen to what we wanted. We would have no hesitation in recommending Tom to others.

I Have used Tom at Channon property maintenance for 4 or 5 jobs now and cannot rate him enough, he is hard working, on time , up front and fair with all prices so you always know where you stand.The latest job that Tom did for me was my late fathers flat clearence. Unfortunately my Dad was a bit of a hoarder and had the equivalent of 3 flats squeezed into one.Tom managed to clear the whole flat (which ended up being 3 1/2) truck loads. In a day & 1/2, on his own, from the first floor.Alongside his fair prices and workrate, he is just a top bloke and was there to help me with the flat when i had no one else to turn to and a deadline to be out by.In the past Tom has helped me with doing a fantastic job of correcting work in my garden that was done by previous people to a sub standard level.Tom corrected this and did a fantastic job in a heat wave.Use Channon Property Maintenance. Excellent service cant recommend this company too highly. Thomas isknowledgeable, courteous, and extremely great value. We employed a so called specialist national company, The Drain Doctor, to clear our drains. We wish we hadn't but that's another story so we called Thomas who couldn't have been more helpful and actually sorted the problem The Drain Doctor couldn't. Thomas is a proper tradesman and you can rest assured he will do the job and it wont cost you a fortune. THANK YOU THOMAS

We had a requirement for a non-straightforward piece of fencing work in the corner of our garden. Tom was more than happy to work on this and to work with me on identifying the best solution. The finished result was exactly what I had hoped for and it was completed to a high standard. Tom knows his stuff and is very conscientious in his work. I have no hesitation in recommending him.Simon
