Great vets, our dog went in for a checkup and needed an emergency operation. Despite it being after 5pm on a Friday, they operated straight away and saved her life. Can't thank them enough.

Little lulu is my tiny chihuahua who's is 2 on 27th Nov,she weighs 2.1kg,For me, a scared decision to have her spay, her seasons were making her unwell.Friendly, reassuring reception & nurses, clearly love & care for your pet,I left Lulu for her pre op assessment & surgery,a phone call followed that all was good for surgery to go ahead & would ring again later in the day with an update & time for home. This helped me focus. lulu was safe, well cared for, and settled my worries with her being so small .I'm so impressed how neat her wound is, healing so well, lulu is comfortable with her pain relief, eating & drinking well, it is taking a slower time to come out the last stages of anthestic, dazed on waking, lethargic , I'm encouraging her with small walks , cuddles & being with her, lulu had her first post op check & returning in 3 days ,Both visits heart breakingly someone has lost their pet, I was over whelmed at the respectful kindness of staff placing a framed verse & lit candle on the reception desk bringing awareness for the loss & care for the owners ,at such a sad timeI would like to say thank you to the vets nurses all at Redcar WhiteCross Vets for Lulu time with you & her ongoing care xx

Fantastic staff and great aftercare. After a recent accident, our cat was run over, a brief call to the White Cross, and he was whisked in immediately. X-rays revealed amputation was needed. Very thorough explanation and procedure carried out by Dr. Louisa and the team. Cannot thank them enough and a highly recommended 5*On a side note, the experience was caught on camera via Adam (the cameraman) for a future episode of Vet on the Hill, a credit to the company, and a great guy.Much love, Ja Sarah and Lillie, and of course, Merlin, who is being pampered at home x

We took our very sick dog to this practice yesterday morning as an emergency and were seen by vet Emma who was very thorough and caring. We had to leave our dog who was really poorly we were kept updated on all his care by lead nurse throughout the day. After an overnight stay at vets now George is home and on the mend. Just want to say a big thank you for love and care shown to George and us by Emma and all her team at White cross Redcar.

I am always suprised that even though the surgery is always very busy whenever we visit when I phone up for an appointment I can get one within a few hours! Impressive! Everyone is very friendly and I love the way Tods health is constantly being monitored e.g I get mesages by email regularly reminding me to give him his worm treatments and reminders about his check ups. I pay a monthly fee to cover all his vaccinations/ worming treatments and when we need to see a vet/ nurse we only have to pay for any medication needed not to see the vet. What is there not to like?.Thank you White Cross staff!

I can't thank the 2 lovely girls on reception enough (I remember one is Emma). I'm new to the area and unable to register with a local vet as they're all full.Today my hamster was very poorly so I called White Cross, Redcar and they were so kind, caring and compassionate.

Honestly couldn’t recommend this vets more. The service we have received there has been outstanding. A massive shout out to Emma the vet, the love and care that she has gave our dog, Benji is just outstanding. She talks through everything with us and has been there every single step of the way. We couldn’t be more grateful for her and the whole of white cross vets.
