1 JULIO 2019. Una completa ESTAFA por parte del alojamiento. Un tal Michael nos llama el mismo día que llegábamos a Londres que el casero nos cancelaba unilateralmente la reserva porque no le habían pagado"

Do not book this place! It is highly disorganized. When we came nobody answered our calls. When we came back later we were allocated in a room where the cleaners were still working. We left our belongings there. After we came back later, again, our room were full of people. Our stuff was moved to another room and part of our belongings were missing! Also our new room had no light in bedrooms and toilet. The guy came, said he will reimburse us, he will fix everything, left and we never saw him again. Did not pick up the phone the day after. Worst stay ever.

These people cancelled my booking while I was at the airport on my way to hotel with my daughter, they then proceeded to steal 4 payments of 330pound out of my credit card, 3 of which they refunded and 1 which I am now dealing with a fraud case, they have blocked my number so I cant contact them, I wouldn't recommend these people to a homeless person

Una estafa!!, reservamos con Booking, pagamos por adelantado dos semanas antes siguiendo sus indicaciones y nos decían que no habían recibido la transferencia, nos cancelaron la reserva justo el día antes del viaje. Por suerte Booking se hizo cargo y nos encontró otro alojamiento.

Prime location: walking distance to many landmarks (Buckingham Palace, Victoria Theatre, etc) rooms are spacious and gorgeous. Extra bathroom was very helpful.

Il est pas chère, il est bien situé à Londres ... NE JAMAIS LOUER CHEZ LUI . Il fait du surbooking et vous risquez d être le dindon de la farce car malgré le paiement la confirmation il vous plante en beauté le jour de la location Porte close et ne répond à aucun apppel et c trop tard pour vous - À ÉVITEZ IMPÉRATIVEMENT - je ne comprend pas comment Booking peut encore le référencé en traitant ses clients.

Es una estafa reservamos con Booking y al cabo de una semana usaron fraudulentamente la tarjeta de crédito que facilite para garantizar el depósito. Gracias que Booking se ha hecho cargo de todo.Ojo con las reseñas positivas porque son falsas.

Clean and spacious apartment. We stayed in the recently renovated apartment. The staff made us feel welcome and made our stay special. The breakfast was really good with lots of options. We stayed with young kids and the hosts went out of their way to help us.

Una estafa. Reservamos este apartamento con Booking y cuando llegamos no respondía al teléfono y no tuvimos apartamento. Por lo visto dispone de 7 apartamentos pero los alquila por duplicado dejando a la mitad en la calle

DO NOT BOOK! 7 of us arrived in London and went to an address to collect keys for the apartment. The address was a news agent, the manager didn’t know anything about the booking and said the owner Michael keeps doing this. I had no contact for Michael, we were stranded. The newsagent eventually gave us his mobile, Michael answered and said there had been a water leak and all bookings were cancelled. Having looked through other reviews on google I can see this has happened a number of times. After 4hrs we resorted to staying an a different apartment which was horrible; whole trip ruined by this experience. Prior to our arrival Michael sent me emails which was meant for another party renting the apartment; I was concerned before we arrived but hoped it would be ok. My gut feel is double bookings are taking place to earn more money. Very let down.
