the care my son has received from all the staff at Preston has been amazing. Katy was wonderful as our first point ofcontact and explained everything to us and was on hand with any queries we had. Once my son started his treatment all the staff on reception were extremely pleasant, professional and welcoming and went above and beyond when arranging appointments around my son’s school timetable. When it came to arranging the moulds and fitting of braces, Rachael was so kind and talked him through the whole process and explained exactly what she was doing at each stage. I cannot recommend them highly enough

Just had my braces off and couldn’t be happier with the result- huge thanks to Rachael for taking care of me right from the beginning, excellent customer service and she always made me feel comfortable despite the initial nerves! Would definitely recommend :)

My daughter finished her treatment last week, she has seen Rachel and Rebecca throughout who have done an amazing job with re-aligning her teeth. They have both been very friendly and always talkative and smiley, even through the pandemic they have been very accommodating with her appointments.

Rachel and Rebecca were absolutely amazing. I can't thank them enough for giving me the perfect smile. After many many years I finally got them off and could not be happier with the end result.Super friendly staff and the whole process was definitely worth the wait. Had the best brace treatment with Rachael! Lovely at every appointment and she always went the extra mile to ensure I was happy with my teeth. She always had the amazing help from assistant Rebecca and her help was always highly appreciated. So thankful for everything they’ve achieved with my teeth! Thanks so much & highly recommend! Xx

Lovely staff (especially Rachel and Rebecca) who made my daughter's experience of having braces fitted as pleasant as possible!Highly recommend and the end result was definitely worth it. Made a huge difference to her wonky teeth, which has given her more confidence.

My treatment came to an end today and the staff are all friendly and welcoming. Rachel and Rebecca have taken great care of me throughout the years, always have a good laugh with them both. Rachel has been an immense help in perfecting my smile. Can't thank them enough.
