Great place. Gym £3 per session, yoga classes, circuits, singing, kids club, cooking and lots more going on there for the community and beyond.

A small hall joint with a small library it is perfect for small group activities there is a shared carpark with the co op so limited spaces there is free WiFi with password on the wall in hall next to the door although password should probably be changed to something more simple as it's a like the original ones that's really long so a pain to use.

Despite being small and relatively hidden, The Timsbury YMCA Gym has a large amount of high quality Exercise equipment, Trained staff as well as other well maintained facilities including Toilets, a full fitted kitchen and a large free hall. The Gym/hall is adjacent to the CO OP and has close access to its car park., allowing easy access.

Circuit training on a Thursdays at 7pm till 8pm is AWESOME fun! A great all round workout, and as hard as you want to make it. Much recommend. There is a community library and cafe. A really useful building that should really be used a lot more than it is.
