I've had my phone contract with Vision Mobile for over 10 years and never had any problems. I've always found the team there to be professional and courteous with contract terms being explained clearly. I would highly recommend this business for your telecom needs. The great thing is the head office team and owners are always available should you need to contact them, where as other businesses pass you off to international call centres. Please ignore the negative review as this is clearly not a reflection of the experience and service I've received.

I have been forced to amend the review from a 5 star review upon taking the contract to a poor rating due to issues I have received with the service since taking the broadband and phone service. Most of the issues are due to poor explanation from the sales person at point of sale who promised me transparency due to previous supplier issues.1. for first 3 months I was being billed for minutes, when I had unlimited minutes. Customer service told me each time I would get a credit but this did not occur. I had to send repeated emails and finally got the credit.2. I advised the sales person that I would be moving office later in the year and they did not explain the charges incured for moving, an important detail which I should have been made aware of.3. It was only when we moved office that credit found out that they had not charged for the broadband from the outset, so applied 4 months to one bill, with not so much of an apology or a goodwill gesture for their error.4. IT support told me on the day I made the log that the engineer would be with me from 9am -1pm the next day. Then later sending an email stating upto 48 working hours based on the care package I had.5. In the contract (this is important for you to be aware of). The sales person did not properly explain the care package or provide me with the care documents pre-contract. It was not until our broadband went down that I found out what I was given. The contract states a 48 hour SLA, but once I tried to get the engineer out I was told it is 48 working hours SLA which is almost a week. I was then told that most businesses have a back-up 4g router, which I was never offered (however, their sales director offered to deliver one personally after the issue), but I declined as made my own arrangements due to all the issues I was having with their attitude to my issues.5. I was not advised that I had to be present for the engineers visit by customer support, so when I had a missed appointment then IT support guy Ameer stated that it is common sense that you should be at home'

I don't often feel compelled to leave a review, but what a refreshing change it has been to find a company who provide such an excellent level of customer service, combined with expertise and efficiency. Our concerns about moving away from the 'safety' of a well known provider have dissipated, and we wish we'd made the move earlier. We are extremely happy with our new Vision telecommunications and broadband service, and knowing it is backed up by an excellent support team, makes for a very happy customer. Highly recommended, thank you Vision.

Fantastic company to deal with. I have used them for all of my business telecom solutions for over 10 years. I have never had a single issue with this company. They have always dealt with any issues we have had extremely quickly and they have always been resolved. I am looking forward to another 10 years of fantastic service. 5 stars.

At first, Vision seem professional & fair;- however..... I have been with them now for 6 months or so and every bill is twice the amount they quoted me. - Initially the 'salesperson' acknowledged that the bills were ALL wrong & that he would sort it, since that promise, there has been no action & nobody at Vision seem contactable - Not good......
