It is next to How Hill Tower in a field full of cows, dexter ones I think. You'll see them through the kitchen window which looks outward. Other windows face the courtyard. Includes parking for 2 cars. Excellent wifi. Toilet next to living room as well as spacious bathroom. Wood burning stove.

Lark is part of a small complex of five rental cottages run by the National Trust as part of the nearby Fountains Estate. The cottages range from two to six berth, all grouped around a shared flagstone courtyard with high-quality garden furniture.The cottage is well-equipped, but simply furnished, with everything you might need for a relaxing stay.There is an adjoining parking area with space for two cars per property, as well as a bin store and laundry for the use of residents.As a bonus, residents have access to the Fountains Abbey Estate after closing time to the public. Highly recommended!
