We've been using Kite for a number of years. Their boxes are good value and delivered promptly. Customer service is good.

We wanted to order 1 of each size of their pick bins as an example to see what we could fit inside. We then explained that we would order 600-800 of 3 different sizes once we knew (Nearly £10,000's worth) and they just said 'No can do'. I wish I could pass up on an order like that. Very poor.

Ordered on 30/11 - was told delivery between 3-6 working days. Called on 07/12 and was told they did not have the item in stock and had not since 30/11.

Ordered some postal tubes to be used as mini gift tubes for my rum miniatures at Christmas. Needed to use them as soon os they arrived but around half of them came damaged (see images below). As I mentioned I had to go ahead and use them as I had orders waiting but the final product created was not ideal. After putting in a complaint they offered me 15% on the 30% of them that arrived damaged". The amount we're arguing over here is around £10 - £20 so I would imagine a company of this size would straight away offer for of a discount than that. It barely feels worth my time to even go back but very dissapointed with the customer service on their end."

HGV Advice.Really easy to find although the hedge and trees obscure the building from the road! There is a turning yard at the back so you don’t have to back into the bays on the blind side! The fork lift guys were a good laugh and tipped me really quick. They are happy to let drivers use the toilet which was clean and tidy! Well done Kite Packaging this is another of your sites which is excellent!!!

Poor. Very poor. Delivery lost, then when it arrived left in the back of the loading area (in the scorching heat). We only knew about the delivery thanks to a neighbouring retailer alerting us of the delivery. This was a Tuesday and the hottest day of the year, so therefore all doors were shut. We ordered the items from another packaging company and they arrived next day and on a Saturday via DPD.One star for the courier. Cannot fault the packaging quality.

I would not recommend, I bought an air cushion machine, they are not cheap. It was faulty within a few months. They said I needed to pay to get it sent to them for their engineer to look into it. I need it for my business so asked for a temp machine which they did give me for a cost. That also arrived faulty. I shipped my machine in the box that they provided me with the temp machine in. They got my machine & accused me of being careless & the roll holder apparently snapped off even though I took the roll holder off myself & placed it carefully in the temp box that they gave me, the exact same way they shipped the temp machine!!! Trying to charge me for that & for the fix even though they claim the machine has 1 year warranty which clearly is not true. When I stated that I took the roll holder off they quickly changed their story & said it broke in a different way & it somehow didn't snap off?? Clearly lying to get money off of me, crazy that a company would do this to a small family business, especially during these times. Disgusting behaviour & will NOT recommend to anyone, PLEASE AVOID AT ALL COSTS & DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY HERE!!!!!

The ordering was easy and the prices were very affordable. What impressed us the most was the customer service from Cheryl N. Thank you for following our order delivery and chasing it. I would consider not ordering again if I had trouble with receiving my order and left alone to deal with the missed delivery. Thank you!

Very Bed services for delivery, Its next working day services not came on time and its customer services team very bed treat their customer. So I suggest not expect next day delivery or delivery time very long if you use standard services.I hope its very help full for existing and new customer aware before you order and I suggest order another competitor.
