Called Bruce and he arrived to look at my machine within 3hrs. He arrived and fixed my machine within the hour. Great response call out time. Fantastic service and very friendly. I needed a spare part for a dishwasher on a Saturday. Bruce took my phone call and supplied the appropriate part very quickly which meant I didn’t have to do the dishes until a part arrived mail order! It’s great to have local service agents.
