Never had a worse experience in my life!!Was waiting for a very important parcel to turn up, it was meant to have come on Saturday morning and I was very happily waiting for it in my house when I got a message saying that the driver tried to deliver but no one was home,(I was very much home) even my dog didn't bark to say someone was at the door, I went to the door as soon as I got the message and guess what no person or no van outside!! The lazy driver properly didn't get out of the van!! Had to get it redeliver at my work as then I know that they can't not deliver my parcel, and you never guess, same thing, I even had one work friend said that they saw the van turn up but then it just left with in a minute, the only plus sidr is that I managed to get them to re delivery the same day to my work when I threatened them with legal action for lost of money.I wouldn't use them to deliver my parcel and I'd recommend other people not to use them!!!
