A great place to do business excellent service and very friendly people. Even though we were early for our appointment due to unforeseen circumstances they were able to accommodate us with a speedy efficient transaction. Wewere able to fix our pricing the day before so no hold ups and no surprises. Even took time out to enjoy the famous Blackpool illuminations.

I have been buying from Chards for some time and it's always been an extremely gratifying experience. Its a great company with a good range of bullion for sale. Chards also has the best customer service team ever, nothing is too much trouble to help out even when changing orders at the last minute. ( thanks Lesley and Tayla ) and I have no doubt that the same level of professionalism extends from front of house all the way to their dispatch team. Keep doing gods work !
