I had the misfortune to trip and break the screen of my laptop. I had reconciled myself to having to buy a replacement which would have cost £650+. Thankfully I called Mike who was able to source and fit a replacement screen to my laptop for £125 within 3 days. Really impressed with Mike's professionalism. Very happy customer.

Caldicot Computers are excellent. I use my devices for work and have sometimes found myself in a fix with them, needing them rectified quickly to enable me to continue with work. They have never let me down from the start, about ten years. They are just the sort of company someone like me (who is not good with computers) needs to be able to rely on. Mike provides an excellent efficient & friendly service, prompt to help when we need assistance for our busy Funeral Home computer system.
