Abysmal never answer emails

My son is 34 a protected party . I carry government appointee ship for him. We got paid compensation for an accident we’re in . The judge put his money into a court fund . That was July . The second judge released it 3 weeks ago. Still nothing . Hours waiting on the phone. constant emails . Nobody knows what’s going on with my son being able to get to his own money . It’s a joke . Emails telling them I want to register a formal complaint . Still nothing still. I’m reporting this court to the ombudsman. The money should never of gone in there in the first place .Once it’s placed in the court funds office you can’t get it out . I’m on the phone again now while typing this 2 hours Iv been on hold , it’s a disgrace . The hard of hearing would struggle with this . Plus when you do get through they fob you off .

THEY KEEP IGNORING ME !!!!!

1. Poor speed of call handling - average wait time is about 1 hour and 15 minutes.2. It takes 3.5min to be added to the queue after listening to the random voices and various prompts. This wastes time.3. The voice prompt sound volumes are not normalised, i.e. one person's sound is loud and another is too low. This results in a poor experience especially for the hearing impaired.4. Overall poor call centre handling and running.

Disgusting vile criminals that have destroyed mine and my sons life by their poor conduct, lack of evidence gathering, poor hearing by tory looking bicycle riders who got dictated by a solicitor who looked like she was due to pass away weeks ago

Waited over 1 hour to be answered the phone and the results were not helpful.
