Workers where extremely rude, didn't acknowledge customers and ignored anything I said. One of the worst service I have had they don't care. Coffee was nice however, cannot say negative on that side.

Made me a PSL but made it far too sweet I couldn’t finish it, missed my extra shot that I asked for. My friend asked for a drink without cream was given with cream and the barista used their finger to take it off of the top and handed her the same drink back? Not okay.

Never again! Unfriendly staff, busy chatting while ignoring clients. Asked for an acai strawberries drink, and got plain strawberries water. Got this same drink in another Starbucks, and they had strawberries pieces.There were a lot of dirty tables. Considering the location, I would expect it to be super full, but actually, it wasn't.

I like this Starbucks the most out of any in Cambridge - it's a medium sized building and doesn't seem to get quite as busy as the ones in the more central town locations. There's lots of inside seating - nothing outside as there is no room. It's spacious, there are toilet facilities, the staff are friendly, and the service is quick and efficient. It suits me well as there is a bus stop practically directly outside of the store, so you can hop off and have a drink before heading into town.The way the store is set out means it's accessibility friendly - good for those in wheelchairs and people with prams, there is space to maneuver. It's also entirely on the ground floor level, so no stairs or lifts to deal with.

I know Starbucks is kinda basic and other places offer truly fabulous coffee that's out of this world, but Starbucks has it's own thing and they are doing it really well. I ordered Strawberry Waffle Cone Cream Frappuccino and it tasted amazing!

Good and peaceful place for studying or coding, with spacious seating arrangements. They offer mug service for in-store consumption, which I haven’t noticed at other Starbucks locations—nice touch!
