Sopra Steria is UK Visa partner. You can submit your biometric information for your VISA application. It is located on the first floor of Capital House building just infront of bus stop. To reach Sopra Steria, you have to enter the capital house building and there is lift to go on first floor. All arrangements are made for the social distancing during this pandemic situation with all safety measures.

Was there this morning for my bio info collection. The staff working there was extremely friendly and efficiency. Good Covid policy, chairs were set apart and one of the staff cleaned the machine which as used for photograph and fingerprints collection immediately when I was done. The service was excellent.

Had a visa appointment here, arrived 15min early and I was the only customer there so I got served immediately. All very efficient and quick. They have a booth that can do all of the photograph, fingerprints and digital signature in one go. Automated and no need to re-do anything manually. 100% would recommend.
