I honestly love this shop. As a first time dog owner and lots of overwhelming information out there the knowledgeable and friendly staff here have been great in helping me do the best for my dog. Their harness fitting slots are brilliant and my boy has had his harness now for nearly 3yrs! They are also great with helping guide through the minefield that is dog food and what to feed. They stock quality products and not only do I love visiting my boy Cooper also loves it!

Absolutely love this shop. Has so many great, quality products...we get everything for our dog here from food to chews and toys. Amazing selection of natural, quality chews. Plus the staff have great knowledge and are always willing to chat and offer advice product or behaviour related x

Excellent. I made an appointment to get a TTouch harness and lead for my Doberman puppy. The staff were patient, knowledgeable and really helpful.Parking in a local street was easy

Everyone is always so helpful and they all have the knowledge to make great recommendations. I love shopping with the confidence that anything I buy is tried and tested with my dogs best interests in mind! If they don't have what we need, they'll happily order it in and keep it to oneside, which is so helpful when you have a pooch with a sensitive tum. Got recommended a great Haqihana harness and Coachi longline which is perfect for avoiding any pressure on a stiff shoulder while we work through physio. Excellent selection of Christmas toys this year also ☺️

A great, independent neighbourhood pet store with a variety of food, treats and all necessary accoutrements for any dog. They value quality and promotion of a positive, healthy life for pets, and it shows in the products they stock and the help the staff offer with their knowledge.The best thing about the store is the staff who are very friendly and accommodating. They will help with harness fittings and recommendations to find the best options for your particular dog.They listen to their customers and if they don't have what you're looking for, they are always receptive to potentially ordering it in for you.

Just visited what’s apparently the first independent pet shop in Bristol that’s taken a stand against selling low-quality pet food and those harsh training devices just for the sake of profit. It’s refreshing to see a store that really cares about animal welfare and not just the bottom line.They’re also the first in the area to offer in-store harness fitting appointments, which is super convenient. I had my dog fitted with a new harness, and the difference in comfort and control is night and day. It’s great to have experts who can help you find the right fit for your pet.The staff there are just wonderful. They’re not only friendly but also really knowledgeable. They gave me some great advice on nutrition and care for my pets. The shop has a wide range of products, all high-quality, and it’s clear they’ve been carefully selected.It’s definitely well worth a visit, especially if you’re passionate about giving your pets the best. I left feeling confident that I’m providing my furry friends with top-notch care. I’ll be making this my go-to pet shop from now on!

Highly recommend shopping here for harnesses and high quality food (including raw), treats and toys. The staff are welcoming and highly knowledgeable.I needed to get my reactive dog fitted for a harness and the staff were so accommodating they made sure it would just be us in the shop and that my dog was calm and happy so we could go ahead with a stress free harness fitting and found a perfect comfortable harness from their wide selection.Absolutely top service!
