This was my first visit, Mia was friendly and made me feel welcome. I came in for a cut and colour and was happy with my hair. I will definitely be returning.

Katie is an excellent stylist! She guided me through the entire process, with helpful recommendations as to what would be good for my hair type, face shape, skin tone etc. The colour she made up was perfect, with various highlights and low lights blended in so subtly they look natural, but really catch the light. She is very talented when it comes to cutting hair too! Then finished off with some loose curls, which looked wonderful. Despite not meeting before, she chatted to me for the entire 4 hours, making me feel comfortable and having a laugh. I would highly recommend Katie, she is not only an excellent hair dresser but a lovely person too. I will definitely be back!

Had my appointment booked in for 10:15. It became clear after 10 mins that there was only one hairdresser and she was busy and therefore running late. When I asked if things were running late It was explained that she was the only hairdresser in as one was sick and she was going to be run off her feet. It is not her fault but I would rather have an appointment cancelled so that all times of appointments can be met and I can go somewhere where they have enough staff and they can stick to timings as I had other things to do that day.Then at the time of drying my hair was asked how I wanted it styled. I asked for a curly blow. Was told ‘no that it needed to be smooth dried to check the cut’ and then will put curls in using the tongues. I didn’t want this , it is just not the same thing and extra heat isn’t needed on my naturally curly hair. Curly blows are quite a basic hair skill so I was shocked when I was told that isn’t ‘what we do here - we don’t do curly blows’ and that my hair would have to be put in rollers .Just wild to me ! I’ve always had curly blows straight after a cut. Anyway after this discussion I did not feel at all comfortable and I don’t wish to be having to argue with a hairdresser over blow dries I just want to relax and enjoy the hairdressers , this place doesn’t offer that and the place was cold and soulless, I was left to walk out with wet hair- total waste of my time. Very disappointed!One to avoid. I went later on to another hairdressers (MGM) and they did the most beautiful curly blow by a newly qualified hairdresser, no arguing and friendly service with the best blow dry! She even did it within 40 mins. Definitely don’t go here it’s so expensive for not even basic hair services.

Lovely Salon. Friendly and relaxing. Mia does my hair and i am always really happy with it. Mia is lively we have a good natter too. All staff so friendly and know what they are talking about with hair styling. Would Highly Recommend this salon 100%.

It was my first visit today and I am absolutely in love with my hair. Elle did an amazing job and she is so lovely! She did exactly what I wanted but also what was best for my hair. The salon is beautiful and so relaxing, I would highly recommend!

Very friendly and welcoming staff, lovely atmosphere. Treatment (wax) was great, very happy. Will be back again.

Katie is a lovely person who is very professional and ensures her clients understand what it is she is doing when styling their hair.She always takes on board what it is the client wants to achieve with their hairstyle and gives her best advice on how to achieve that.I am very impressed with the end result and Katie has my full confidence when it comes to styling my hair.

First impressions were good with a large, clean and organised salon. Staff were very welcoming and also offered refreshments and an extra treat which was nice. Jade was friendly and approachable and did not judge my awful nails but was reassuring and offered some good advice to improve them. She helped me choose the colour and I am delighted with the results l. I have already booked my next appointment, many thanks x
