I am a huge fan of Fitnessize and would recommend training with Richard Wall to anyone! I have had the pleasure of knowing Rich for about 8 years. During that time I have enjoyed PT sessions created by Richard to help me maintain fitness, lose weight and tone up my body. He encouraged me to try Boxing as part of my fitness regime and I am so pleased I did! Rich's Boxing Boot camps are great fun, brilliant exercise and an excellent way to de-stress! Richard never stops challenging me as recently he suggested I do a 10 Km charity run. At first I was not sure if I could do it, but Richard's non-stop encouragement and belief in me during training helped me complete the run! Plus Rich was there to cheer me on as I crossed the finish line! Thank you Richard for helping me achieve more than I thought possible!

I have been training with Rich for over two years and I have never had anyone make all aspects of fitness so fun before. I started out with PT sessions planned according to my personal goals and then joined the boot camps to get an extra edge to my fitness regime. Both the boot camps and the PT sessions are a blast and I would recommend Richard to everyone no matter what fitness level you are on!

I have recently completed my first marathon thanks to the amazing training plan created by Richie @fitnessize. Running a marathon had always been a dream for me, but with a health condition, full time job and a 4 year old I thought there was no chance. Turning 40 this year gave me the motivation to do it!! When I started researching training plans it was an absolute minefield - I then found Richie @fitnessize who created a bespoke online training plan to meet my needs. The plan built up slowly and he was always on hand to give me advice on technique and nutrition. Using the app I could fit the training in around being a working mum. The success was… I did it!!! I then felt amazing after, which was credit to the fantastic training I had done. It is so affordable too - so I would 100% recommend to others wanting to take on a new challenge or just get fit in the comfort of your own home.

Richard is a wonderful motivator, trainer and teacher. I have been working with him for 18 months. I used to just attend his (in person) boxing classes but now am doing (online) both personal training and a weekly class. He pushes hard, but not too hard and keeps changing the exercises to keep things new and interesting. I highly recommend him.

I've been training with Richard Wall at Fitnessize now since October 2015. The boxing bootcamps are awesome - great fun and a great way to get fit. I also have personal training sessions with Richard and he is great at keeping me going, pushing me to my limit (even when I think I've already passed it) and making me laugh. I would recommend Richard to anyone who wants to get fight or get in shape in a fun environment.

Richard has been teaching me boxing for 5 months and I can honestly say I look forward to our training sessions every week. Richard has adapted the classes to accommodate a whole host of aliments and injuries and the hour we spend burning calories and learning techniques goes very quickly every time!

I have been personal training with Richard Wall of Fitnessize since 2002. A friend originally introduced me and I have not looked back.I know that I would never have achieved the level of fitness and wellness I have at my age, (currently early 50’s) if not for the personal attention given in my training sessions. Richard is always very encouraging and has a vast knowledge of his profession.Not only do I personal train with Richard, but I also join his weekly boot camps, you get to do a good workout as well has having lots of fun and encouragement from my fellow boot campers.I aim to continue to train and maintain a good level of fitness with Richard’s help for a long time to come. 30 years of driving a desk had taken its toll- back pain, neck pain and knee pain daily. Richard has overhauled me, strengthened my core considerably and I am lighter, fitter and stronger than I have been for a very long time. The pain has gone.Richard's impressive knowledge, experience, professionalism and sense of humour make him easy and enjoyable to work with.

Despite playing tennis I felt my overall physical strength was lacking especially having reached mid 50’s. Then I met Richie and started on a structured exercise programme. He has challenged and encouraged me to achieve more with each carefully planned session whether it is weights, cardio, boxing, flexibility or balance. The training has toned and strengthened my body and all my niggling aches and pains, that can happen in your 50’s, have stopped. I am now considerably stronger, fitter and happier in myself than I’ve ever been. Richie is enthusiastic and professional and I would happily recommend him to anyone starting their fitness journey or those looking to advance their abilities. I have been doing PT with Richard for 4 years now and previously not done much exercise before! As I was approaching 50, I needed to get more active for health reasons. And now I am fitter and healthier than ever. Richard makes the sessions as enjoyable as exercise can be! and I look forward to my weekly training sessions. After about six months, I started to do Richard’s boxing boot camp sessions as well. And now I mostly attend two of these per week and not only are they great fun, they are also different. One session is outdoors and incorporates cardio training and the other session is inside with weight training. I never thought I would ever say that I enjoy exercise until now!
