Great quality of work, visited two times now and my partner once. The workmanship is great.Called and left two voicemails with a query about a qoute for some work to be done by them privately and never got a call back. Rather frustrating when I left the gentleman my email address too and he went through the effort of getting photos of said damage. 3* for this reason.I'll try once more but it gives the impression that insurance work is priority.

Apart from one difficult interaction with a receptionist, who was trying to help, and I didn't understand; I have had a marvellous service. My car was collected by a very professional crew and I am delighted with the standard of repair. Thank you to everyone concerned.

Customer service really poor,guys who getting course car from this garage make sure you will take every little scratch pictures,they are tried to charge me 350£ for little scratch which is you can see was done long time ago was scratch about 20mm on rear bumper,after discussion and argument what I not gonna pay for it the are dropped from 350£ to 125£ because I had lots of problems with this garage I didn’t want to put me more in stress and paid this amount after I came back to home I checked cameras and this guy went to take a picture straight away from the bumper he didn’t checked any thing else Actually he already been notified what car had that damage for long time,just writing to people if Insurance will offer this garage try to avoid and ask for different one!!!

The staff are wonderful never had a problem lend they estimated my car would be done within 7-10 days and it was I've collected it and my car looks brand new

Rude receptionist - no people skills at all . I will never use them again . They repaired my car through my insurance and did horrible work …
