Thank you so much for the 5 star service that Spencer Darren and Jack provided.This is the best decision for one 'hot house' that was getting almost impossible to continue to live in.We would not hesitate to recommend this service to anyone who needs this. They worked hard, clean and efficient on a really hot day.Unit fitted to living room. It made such a change having people do the work who u can trust to do a great job.

Used Infinity for the first time today to check over and service two wall mounted AC units,and wow fantastic service. Spencer managed to squeeze me in the same day which was unexpected but amazing. I would highly recommend Infinity Cooling, they have provided an excellent service all the way through the experience. We needed an AirCon solution for a home office and Danielle was excellent in providing us with ideas and options without pushing us down a particular route. In fact she helped us work out the most cost effective solution that was best for our needs. All through the process, Spencer and the team have communicated very clearly with us and always turned up exactly when they said they would. They were very flexible in working with our other trades to do a first fix and final implementation at the right times. We had Spencer early 2021 to install two AC units in our home. We are extremely pleased with his approach and workmanship. Would not hesitate to recommend.

We had 4 units installed in our townhouse home this May 22. We had no issues, in fact our expectations were exceeded on multiple fronts.TLDR; Professional, Reliable, Friendly, Tidy, On-budget, and On-timeFirstly Spencer who runs Infinity Cooling, took our initial calls in a timely and friendly fashion, he was prompt and on-time throughout. He visited, on a time agreed, and gave us a good idea of how he would go about fulfilling our requirements, pointing out key decisions like placement on units and what we would expect on the day.He had the units shipped to us the day before, he checked in at that moment before arriving the next day.Our house was quite a busy one at the time but he worked around us and was always cognizant that we had a puppy who could go astray, making sure to keep doors closed behind him throughout the time he was here.Spencer cleaned as he went taking away all the rubbish including the initial delivery packaging and pallet.He worked through rain and hail without fuss, honestly he already earned a break at that point but he was determined to finish on time for us.One last thing about the unitd themselves, he said they would be very quiet and they were. Almost silent, the quietest I have come across in home, hotel, or office. We have Daikin units installed FTX range, they are compatible with the Daikin app and integration into our google home ecosystem was extremely easy. They can really pump oit a lot of heat too. so great for localised heating in the winter.

Spencer was a pleasure to have around, his work ethic is is faultless. He fitted 2 a/c units for us and knew exactly where and how to fit them to be aesthetically pleasing.
