Caroline Berrryman Counselling

There aren’t enough words for how beneficial this counselling experience has been for me. From the initial phone call, Caroline ensured we were the right match which was very reassuring. I was certainly ready to put the work in but was unsure of how to get there - the techniques, theories and practices that Caroline has taught me has provided me with that understanding of my own thoughts and the language that I needed to express myself and move forward. I am so grateful for the sessions I had with Caroline, they have made such a positive difference to my life.
