I ordered from Deliveroo. They wrongly sent me Nurofen Caplets (£2,60) rather than the Nurofen Liquid (£5,40) which was what I ordered, and still charged me the price for Nurofen Liquid. Do not recommend to order from this store.

Shelves not stocked great. Item I was looking for was overpriced. Got some other bits and the line for the self serve tills were very long. Then needed approval for painkillers but very little staff around so waited again. Would avoid going to this boots again.

I have got good experience because I have gotten my baby pics at a cheaper cost. I paid a lot for the passport photos but here I got a very reasonable price according to the passport. Everyone can get good album pics instantly

I would strongly advise if you’re going to use this store to buy any No7 products, don’t bother asking the No7 staff for assistance on any No7 product as they’re extremely rude, stuck up & will not give you the time of day. They treat customers like they are nothing, this one of the reasons why I’ve cutdown buying No7 products as the quality of products isn’t great either. Many years ago they used to be fantastic but the customer service has sadly gone downhill. However if you do need help, the shop floor staff are always willing to assist customers & are absolutely lovely greeting customers with a friendly smile. This is one thing I can not fault with Boots, I hate posting bad reviews but this needs to be said as I was very angry when I left the store.
