Hannah London is refreshingly by far the most forward looking Medi Spa treatment in London. They offer a highly effective treatment formulated for your skin concerns using advanced scientific knowledge. The hydrafacial was very nourishing. The staff are lovely and highly professional. Would most definitely recommend Hannah London to everyone (p.s the massage was so relaxing!) An amazing pick me up indeed.

I had the pleasure of meeting Dr Kaywaan! I’ve been to many clinic in London but not one like Hannah London. The staff was not only super nice and welcoming but also very attentive to myself and others in the waiting room.Dr Kaywaan has by far been my favourite consultant. His recommendations are for the patience satisfaction and only to achieve their desired results. My situation is very complex so I’m super satisfied to have finally found a skilful and qualified with much experience to carry out my treatments.If want to feel in safe hands with certainty on your results then Dr Kaywaan is your Doctor

I live out of London and rang to change my appointment due to my vehicle being in the garage and me not being able to travel to the Colindale branch and was told I would need to send them evidence ( Are Hannah London are insurance company now?) or I loose my money for a session that was paid for! Great way of ripping customers off their hard earned money! Ridiculous makes me never want to go to this clinic ever again!I have been a customer since 2019! Last year I drove all the way to Colindale to attend my laser appointment and just as I arrived and was parked outside your receptionist rang me 15 minutes before and cancelled my appointment due to staff member being unwell, Hannah London happily cancelled my appointment then so where does this 48 policy protect my time as a customer then?

So sorry for negative review. Booked appointment, Showed up and they don’t have any record. Just imagine their customer service at start. Lucky me found their customer service at start. And avoid the treatment which I assume have to be like their customer service.

I highly recommend Angela for best treatment.Angela is very well communicative during treatment time and keep informing what she gonna do next, very mindful during the treatment and makes feel comfortable, try to make it more easy through her kindest nature.Angela has stunning personality, working over and beyond limits.

Dr Kaywaan was great, gave lots of information and made me feel really comfortable, reception staff were lovely too and immediately i felt at ease. My lips look incredible, so natural and i feel so much more confident!!

Aurela is always professional and is always bubbly and extremely friendly. She does not ever just carry out treatment and always makes sure to explain every step and engage with myself. Would highly recommend Hannah London and specifically Aurela for anyone wanting fantastic customer service and amazing results.
