Snows SEAT Southampton

What a brilliant experience at Snows SEAT. We have been looking for a car and noticed one online through Snows. On a Sunday afternoon we popped in and saw Andy Baulf who showed us around the car and answered all of our questions. Having test driven it was decide to buy. From start to finish the experience was excellent, we have a great car, everything that Andy said they would do has been done and all with a smile! Thanks very much, a very happy customer.

Went to find our family car, only to have a slight idea of what we wanted, we turned up and straight away Mike was at hand to help us. He was extremely helpful with the information he shared, he made sure we were 100% comfortable with the car before buying and the transaction was very straightforward and went very smoothly. Thanks Mike and team, my partner says he's a 'knockout' salesman ☺️. Definitely recommend 10/10.

I had a while you wait service and was very pleased with the whole experience and customer service from the service department.In my quest for a new vehicle, I decided to explore options beyond my current Seat. With my thoughts focused on a different vehicle, I found myself torn between choices and unsure about the next steps to take.What seams to distinguish Snows Seat from other garages is their unwavering dedication to transparency and honesty during the purchasing process. Tim and Harriet, with their expertise, took the time to meticulously explain every detail, ensuring that I felt well-informed and secure in my decision-making. There were no concealed fees or unexpected surprises, and their diligent efforts were evident as they worked to discover the optimal financing options that aligned with my budget.I thank them both and look forward in seeing them again in a couple of years for the next replacement.

Everyone at Snows SEAT Southampton is professional, prompt and helpful. Despite this however, I had my car in for an inspection on the suspension components, and two service techs and the 'master tech' managed to miss a fist sized rock jammed between the subframe and steering rack. I'm sure they're fine for sales, however I will admit I won't be seeing them again for any service work. I was however promptly refunded and they were apologetic. Top marks to Snows SEAT in Poole though!

Had a great experience. Serviced and car cleaned. Turned up at 2pm for appt they had in for 10am. No problems. Sorted it out and also dealt with a motability issue regarding new inflation pack that I had tried to get resolved via Hendy Seat Brighton branch unsuccessful.Plus the latte was brilliant.Had to edit. Just had a full report and video of underside of car sent to me. Benchmark this place it’s great service
