We had a problem with the grill element of our Neff oven and sent details to All Mersey repairs and got a quick response with a quote which we accepted. The engineer was there next day and replaced the element and gave helpful advice about using and looking after the oven. Within a week we realised that the fan oven element had also gone and sent an email. This time the engineer was there within a couple of hours and we again paid against a detailed invoice. Very impressed with the quality of the work, the speed of the response and the reasonable price. 5 stars.

I rang Liam up on a friend's recommendation as needed advice on replacing a door seal and Neff were being really unhelpful as I couldn't read the model no and I sent him photos and he got it for me , could not believe how helpful he was even doing himself out of a job ! will definetly use him again for proper job !

Absolutely brilliant work quick and reasonably priced also gave me advise on not to use tin foil on the grill as this is no good for the element and I will now get longer out of my whole cooker . Will be recommending to anyone who needs .

Fantastic service. Knowledgeable, knew exactly how to fix a 25 year old ceramic cooker with rings that had no control. On time as promised, pleasant and the cooker has never looked so clean either. Gave everything a once over, some good bits of advice and we're ready for Christmas. Would recommend and use again. Thank you
